Shipping & Policies

Quality & Guarantee:
Should you be displeased with anything you receive or if it is defective, please contact us for your return authorization within 5 business days of receipt of your order. You will receive your choice of a refund, credit or an even exchange for the return in its original condition.

Wholesale Policies:

  • Minimum opening orders are $200.00 for new accounts. We would be happy to assist you in selecting some of our most popular items if you need guidance in placing your first order. $100 minimum for reorders or a $10 less than minimum charge applies.

  • Please be aware that although we carry inventory that is often available for immediate shipment, as a small company dedicated to utilizing quality craftsmanship in a "non-mass produced" manufacturing process, we would like to make you aware of the 2 - 3 week shipping time required for some of our products.

  • A copy of your resale certificate, along with a signed Uniquely Equine policies form are necessary for opening orders. You may print out these forms (credit application and terms agreement) located at the end of the shopping cart feature, or we will fax you copies to complete with your order acknowledgement.

  • We accept, check/money order or VISA/MC. Credit cards are not processed until the time of shipping. A $29.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Orders paid by check at time of purchase may be held 12 banking days for clearance.

  • Order acknowledgements are e-mailed within 24 hours.

  • We cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear or customer damage to a product. In the unlikely event of manufacturer defects in workmanship, we will expedite your exchange or refund promptly. A 25% restocking fee will apply after 30 days for situations other than defects. Prior authorization is necessary on all returns.

  • We would like to quickly rectify any claims or errors in shipment for which we may be responsible. Damage, shortage, or shipment of any items you didn't order will be recognized within 3 days from receipt of shipment. Let us take care of the problem immediately and always with your complete satisfaction in mind!

  • We have done our best to ensure that all information contained within our website and printed material is accurate and up to date. Descriptive, typographic and photographic errors are subject to correction and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Security:
  • Shopping Cart is on a secure server for credit card safety of use. If you are not comfortable using your credit card online, we welcome you to place your orders by fax or phone. Mail/Fax-in option is available after selecting your items on the shopping cart feature. Simply mail or fax your order and we will fax or call with an order confirmation within 24 hours.
Shipping:
  • Canada Post is the typical methods of product shipments unless otherwise requested. We offer very reasonable shipping and handling fees that are charged accordingly at time of shipment.

  • Shipping damage claims must be made to the delivering carrier in the unfortunate event of damage/loss during shipment. We will gladly assist in reporting the incident. *Remember to keep the original packaging for proof of damage to the carrier.
